Simply Smoothie – My standard smoothie recipe
This weekend was a busy one, classes at Senses in the morning, and a lot of coffee dates with friends during the days. Having a simple smoothie for breakfast on the go is great:) This smoothie is my “standard” go-to smoothie recipe. I always have the ingredients in my kitchen, and I use it as a base for a lot of my other recipes.
I never get tired of it, because I can adjust the doses for a different taste, and add in other ingredients that I have at home.
The standard recipe is only 4 ingredients.
- 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen spinach (or more)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nips
- water (amount depend on wanted consistency)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
TIP: Keep organic bananas and spinach in your freezer all the time;)
Blend it all together and enjoy! I used a lot of water for it to be very liquid and easy to drink on the go:)
