Getaway to Portugal – Yoga on the beach in Sagres

I was VERY fortunate to be invited to Sagres in Portugal by Teva. It was a long journey to Faro in Portugal, but from there we drove straight to the beach. That view and that beach made it all worth it! We did a quick change to our bathing suits, and since I was still struggling with my knee injury, I couldn?t go surfing (bummer!). Fortunately some of us where greeted by a yoga instructor, and we did a yoga session on the beach, with that beautiful view. When we where all hot and sandy, we jumped in the water. Sagres is known for it?s waves, so being out there was a lot of fun (expect for my knee, oops&ouch).
We then drove to the hotel Pousada de Sagres. All the rooms had the most beautiful beach view, so quite and peaceful, felt like the middle og nowhere. The dinner was served at a location at another beach, and after that there was drinks and DJ?s. A great party with great people, it was so much fun!! In the morning I slept in, and enjoyed brunch by the pool and view of the beach, before heading home.
I was super relaxed after that getaway, it felt like we were away for way more than 20 hours. And Teva sandals are VERY comfortable to dance in! Thank you so much Teva for that experience, and for providing me with the most comfortable sandals for this summer and all of the festivals in Denmark. My feet salutes you!
